Nutrition:

Nutritionist and Dietitians are trained and insured health care providers that evaluate, identify, and treat food and nutritional issues on both a personal and a more general public health level.

In order to empower people to make sensible lifestyle and dietary decisions, they draw on the most recent public health and scientific studies on food, health, and diseases.

What Nutritionist Do?:

By advising and teaching customers, patients, caretakers, and coworkers, nutritionists interpret the science of nutrition to promote health and manage diseases/conditions.

When people desire to try dietary interventions like exclusion diets, nutritional supplementation, or dietary interventions in areas like autism for which evidence is still developing, they offer advice and assist in maintaining nutritional status. The evidence base, which consists of all available evidence and research, is critically evaluated by them using methodological approaches.
